PostureKind for macOS

A posture reminder app that lives in your menu bar.

Notice sustained posture changes, remember to move, look away, and adjust your support—without keeping a browser tab open. Camera processing happens on your Mac.

Apple Silicon and Intel downloads available. Signed and notarized by Apple.

Gentle reminders for real desk days—not a demand to hold one perfect pose.
Built for everyday focus

Useful when your browser is not front and center.

Start a session from the Mac app and receive the posture and work-rhythm experience in a dedicated desktop surface.

01

Calibrated to you

Compare visible head, shoulder, and torso changes with your own comfortable reference rather than a universal posture score.

02

More than camera cues

Movement, distance-gaze, and feet-and-support reminders can keep their rhythm even when you choose camera-off mode.

03

Private by design

Pose estimation runs locally. PostureKind does not record, upload, or retain camera frames or raw pose landmarks.

What it does

A calm workday companion, not a posture judge.

Questions

Mac posture app FAQ

Does PostureKind record video?

No. Camera frames and raw pose landmarks are processed transiently on your device and are not sent to PostureKind.

Can I use reminders without the camera?

Yes. Camera-off mode keeps timed movement, distance-gaze, and feet-and-support reminders available without camera-based posture comparisons.

Is this a medical app?

No. PostureKind is an ergonomic awareness tool, not a medical device or medical care. It does not diagnose pain or determine whether a position is medically safe.
