Chrome posture reminder FAQ
Does the extension see the pages I browse?
No. The extension does not request browsing-history or page-content access. Its permissions support local preferences, reminders, notifications, and account connection.
Are camera frames sent to PostureKind?
No. Pose estimation happens locally, and camera frames and raw pose landmarks are not uploaded or retained by PostureKind.
Will a reminder interrupt every small movement?
No. The camera-based monitor compares visible changes with your calibration and waits for a change to persist before prompting a reset.
Can I use it without camera access?
Yes. Reminders-only mode provides timed movement, distance-gaze, and feet-and-support prompts without camera-based monitoring.
