Operator and agreement

PostureKind is operated by MPRR.Co. By using the service or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate billing information.

Seven-day trial and automatic renewal

Standard includes a seven-day free trial and then costs $3.99 USD per month or $29 USD per year. Pro includes a seven-day free trial and then costs $7.99 USD per month or $59 USD per year. Applicable taxes may be added. Stripe collects a payment method when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly or annual price when the trial ends. Each plan then renews automatically each month or year, according to the selected interval, at the then-disclosed price until canceled.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal opened by the “Manage billing” control on PostureKind. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After billing begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, completed subscription charges are non-refundable. For billing problems, visit Support promptly.

Plan features and availability

Current plan features are listed on the pricing page. The web monitor and notarized macOS menu-bar app are currently available. Chrome access will be included for active subscribers after Chrome Web Store approval. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features, but we will not materially reduce a paid plan during its current term without a reasonable remedy. Price changes apply only after advance notice and no earlier than a future renewal.

Health and safety

PostureKind estimates visible pose changes and provides general reminders. It cannot diagnose or evaluate medical conditions, determine a uniquely “correct” posture, or determine whether a posture or movement is medically safe for you. Stop using a suggestion that causes symptoms and seek appropriate professional care. Do not let the service delay emergency or medical evaluation.

Camera estimates

Results can be inaccurate because of camera placement, lighting, clothing, occlusion, model limitations, or natural differences between people. Scores are habit indicators, not clinical measurements.

Acceptable use

Use PostureKind only with cameras and devices you are authorized to use. Do not violate another person’s privacy, interfere with the service, evade billing controls, or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law.

Share Week links and cards

Share Week is optional. If you create a link, anyone who receives it may view the anonymous, frozen weekly totals you selected until the link expires or you revoke it. Your name, email, within-range percentage, cues, goals, daily schedule and chart, individual session details and timestamps, device or product-surface split, camera data, frames, images, and pose landmarks are not included. You are responsible for where you distribute a link or locally exported card. Expiration or revocation cannot withdraw a copy, screenshot, downloaded card, or cached preview already made by another person. Shared totals are personal habit snapshots, not medical evidence, a posture score, proof of performance, or an endorsement or verification by PostureKind. We may disable links used for abuse or misrepresentation. Aggregate link-view and PostureKind call-to-action click counts are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Customer reviews

Reviews must describe your genuine experience. Do not include medical details, confidential information, unlawful material, or content you do not have permission to share. Selecting publication permission allows PostureKind to reproduce your exact rating, quote, and display name on PostureKind properties and marketing after moderation. You may withdraw that permission from the product dashboard. PostureKind may decline or remove public display for privacy, abuse, or legal reasons, but does not require a positive rating and does not offer a reward for praise.

Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or medical benefit. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MPRR.Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will provide notice where required.
