Cancel before a trial charge

Open PostureKind, sign in, select “Manage billing,” and cancel before the seven-day trial ends. The portal shows the current status and renewal timing.

Shared app access

Use the same Google or email account across PostureKind products. The web monitor and notarized macOS menu-bar app are available now. The Chrome extension will be available after Chrome Web Store approval. All three are included for active subscribers.

Billing help

Stripe Checkout confirmations and receipts include the public support contact configured for MPRR.Co. Include an invoice number when useful, but never send a full card number or security code.

Camera permissions

If monitoring does not start, allow camera access for PostureKind, close other apps using the camera, and reload. PostureKind does not receive your camera video.

Model loading

The web and macOS products load packaged MediaPipe components from posturekind.com. The Chrome extension includes the same files in its installation package. A network or storage restriction can prevent initialization. The current macOS app does not need a browser tab, but it does require an internet connection.
