Build a desk-work rhythm you can actually follow.

Choose a work-block length and three gentle reminder cadences. The planner creates a local schedule in your browser. Nothing you choose is uploaded or saved.

Your plan

A calm 8-hour rhythm

Distance gaze every 20 minutes, movement or a position change every 45 minutes, and a feet or support check every 60 minutes.

    How to use this

A plan is a starting point, not a prescription.

Choose intervals that interrupt long, absorbed work without becoming background noise. A distance-gaze prompt is different from a movement prompt; combining them into one vague “posture” reminder makes it harder to know what to do. If an interval is disruptive, lengthen it. If you routinely miss it, make the action smaller.
