Cancel before a trial charge

Open PostureKind, select “Manage billing,” and cancel before the seven-day trial ends. The portal shows the subscription’s current status and renewal timing.

Billing help

Stripe Checkout confirmations and receipts include the public support contact configured for MPRR.Co. Please include the invoice number, but never send a full card number or security code.

Camera permissions

If monitoring does not start, confirm that camera access is allowed for posturekind.com, close other apps using the camera, and reload the page. PostureKind does not receive your camera video.

Model loading

The first posture session downloads MediaPipe components from jsDelivr and Google-hosted storage. A firewall or privacy filter that blocks either provider can prevent initialization.

PostureKind cannot provide urgent or individualized medical support. Seek prompt professional advice for new or worsening weakness, hand clumsiness, walking or balance trouble, or bladder or bowel changes. Seek emergency help for sudden severe symptoms or concerning chest pain.
