Camera and pose processing

Camera access begins only after you choose to start a session and grant browser or operating-system permission. Pose estimation runs locally on your device. PostureKind does not intentionally record, upload, or retain camera frames.

Model downloads

On first use, the browser version downloads MediaPipe runtime files from jsDelivr and a pose model from Google-hosted storage. Those providers may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and user agent. Camera frames are not included in those requests.

Information stored locally

Preferences, calibration measurements, reminder timestamps, session summaries, and a Stripe Checkout session identifier may be stored in your browser or extension local storage. This information remains associated with that browser profile unless you clear it.

Payments and Stripe

MPRR.Co uses Stripe to process trials, subscriptions, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods. When you enter Checkout, Stripe receives information you provide such as your email address, billing details, and payment information. PostureKind does not receive your full card number. Stripe processes that information under its Privacy Policy. We receive subscription status, plan, customer and transaction identifiers, and limited billing contact information needed to operate the subscription and address support issues.

Notifications and permissions

Notifications are optional. PostureKind requests notification permission only when you enable that feature. You can revoke camera and notification access through your browser or operating-system settings.

Health information

PostureKind is not a medical service and does not ask you to submit a diagnosis. Do not enter private medical information into support messages. Camera-derived posture signals are estimates used for local habit reminders, not medical records or clinical measurements.

Retention and choices

Local information remains until you clear it. Stripe retains billing records under its policies and applicable financial laws. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Contact support for a billing-data request; some transaction records must be retained by law.

Children

PostureKind is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
